Refund Policy

Bellmont Gallery sells original vintage posters and collectible poster art. Because most items are individual vintage pieces, we ask buyers to review photographs, descriptions, dimensions, and condition notes carefully before purchasing.

If you have questions before placing an order, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Returns

Returns may be accepted where the poster is returned in the same condition in which it was received, using appropriate packaging, tracked shipping, and insurance.

You must contact Bellmont Gallery before returning any item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return requests

Please contact us promptly after delivery if you wish to request a return. Include your order number, the poster title, and the reason for the return request.

Condition of returned items

Returned posters must be:

In the same condition in which they were received

Returned with any documentation supplied

Packed securely using appropriate protective materials

Shipped using a tracked and insured service

We reserve the right to decline a refund or reduce the refund amount if an item is returned damaged, altered, incomplete, or not in the condition in which it was received.

Return shipping costs

Unless the item was materially misdescribed or damaged in transit, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Original shipping costs may not be refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Keep all packaging materials and provide photographs of the package, the damage, and the poster.

This information is required so we can review the issue and support any shipping insurance claim.

Material misdescription

If an item is found to have been materially misdescribed, we will review the matter carefully and work with the buyer toward an appropriate resolution.

Non-returnable circumstances

Returns may not be accepted where:

The item has been damaged after delivery

The item has been framed, mounted, altered, or handled in a way that changes its condition

The return was sent without prior approval

The item is not returned with adequate tracking and insurance

The item is not returned in the same condition in which it was received
