Bellmont Gallery ships original vintage posters to collectors, designers, and private buyers in the United States and internationally.
Every order is carefully packaged, tracked, and fully insured.
Shipping
Posters are professionally packed to protect the artwork in transit. Depending on the poster and its condition, items may be shipped flat, rolled, or in specialist packaging. Linen-backed posters are typically shipped rolled unless otherwise stated.
We take particular care with vintage paper, linen-backed pieces, and higher-value posters. Packaging is selected to suit the individual artwork.
Dispatch times
We aim to dispatch orders as promptly as possible after payment has cleared and the poster has been prepared for safe shipment.
Because our posters are individual collectible items, some orders may require additional handling time to ensure they are packed correctly. If there is any unexpected delay, we will contact you.
Tracking and insurance
All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance. Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide tracking details where available.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated or confirmed at checkout where available. For particularly large, fragile, high-value, or international orders, additional shipping arrangements may be required.

International orders
Bellmont Gallery ships internationally. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges that may apply in the destination country.
Delivery times can vary depending on customs processing and local delivery services.
Returns
We want buyers to feel confident when purchasing original vintage poster art. If you have concerns about your order, please contact us promptly after delivery.
Returns may be accepted where the poster is returned in the same condition in which it was received, using appropriate packaging, tracked shipping, and insurance.
Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return shipping
Unless the item was materially misdescribed or damaged in transit, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Returned items should be shipped using a tracked and insured service.
Damage in transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Keep all packaging materials and provide photographs of the package, the damage, and the poster. This helps us review the issue and support any insurance claim.
